Parents of students interested in attending Saint Bonaventure High School in the 2022-2023 school year can apply online beginning October 1, 2022. Prospective 9th grade students who do not meet the primary admissions deadline of January 20, 2023 are welcome to apply at any time and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis if space is available. There is a $100 application fee due at the time an application is submitted to Saint Bonaventure High School. The application period for the 2023-2024 school year will open on October 1st, 2022. The application fee includes the cost of the High School Placement Test which is requried of all prospective 9th grade students. To apply online for 9th grade, click HERE. Saint Bonaventure High School's primary placement tests were held on Saturday, January 21 and February 4, 2023. Additional HSPT testing dates will be scheduled with individual families. Please note, the HSPT is required for all prospective 9th grade students.
Parents will need to provide Saint Bonaventure High School with a copy of their student's 7th grade report card and the first semester report card/progress report from 8th grade in early January 2023. SBHS will work with parents to request recommendation forms from each student's Principal/Asst. Principal, Math teacher and English teacher.
Notifications of acceptance for applicants who met the primary admissions application deadline (January 20, 2023) will be mailed on March 4, 2023. Prospective 9th grade students who do not meet the primary admissions application deadline are welcome to apply at any time and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis if space is available.
