Mission Statement

The Saint Bonaventure High School Booster Club is an all-volunteer organization that is committed to supporting coaches, athletes, and ALL sports programs in a positive way both on and off the field. Our goal is to promote a spirit of unity, goodwill and enhance relationships among the parents, administration, faculty, coaching staff, players, and throughout the Seraph community.

Fundraising

The SBHS Booster Club goal is to raise over $100,000 each year by administering the following programs and activities to achieve these important goals:

• Seraphs Spirit Wear – The Booster Club is proud to offer many selections of clothing and other items that are logo’d with our school name and/or Seraph symbol. Among the items available for purchase are: T-shirts, jerseys, sweatshirts, sweatpants, Polos, sport bags, blankets, hats and more. Spiritwear is sold at every home football game, used book sale, green and gold events and other times throughout the school year.
  • Specific BSN athletic "Team Stores" will be avaliable during each sport's season. Purchasing through the team store directly supports the Booster Club and the SBHS athletic programs. Contact your coach or team parent for a link.

• Concessions – The SBHS Booster Club operates and/or organizes the Concession stands for all football home games, and for some other sports. Each Concession stand is staffed exclusively by parent volunteers. We are famous for our tri-tip sandwiches during the home football games.

Sports

St. Bonaventure High School competes in the Tri County Athletic Association, which if broken down into two Leagues the Tri-Valley and Frontier leagues. The lone exception is our football team which competes in the Marmonte League. There are 19 Seraph sport teams that compete every school year, winning 19 CIF and State Championships, including the 2021 Girls Softball and Girls Soccer Programs.

Our Goals:

• The primary goal of the Saint Bonaventure High School Booster Club is to lead and organize ALL fundraising activities for all SBHS sports throughout the year.
• This is achieved by student athletes selling ads for all sports programs, concession sales at various sporting events, Logo wear and SBHS apparel sales, Texas Hold'em Tournament, etc.
• SBHS parent volunteers are essential to the smooth operation of these events, without which we cannot raise the needed funds for our athletic programs.

Our Purpose:

• to help raise school spirit by promoting a positive atmosphere as part of our athletic events
• to provide Seraph spirit wear celebrating our school and its symbols
• to help lead the community by setting an example of volunteerism and involvement in school activities
• to provide financial support and supplement our school’s budget for safety equipment, tournament fees, uniforms, facility maintenance, and equipment upgrades that provides our student athletes the ability to continue to play over a dozen different sports
• to help promote the positive athletic experiences that play such a vital role in our children’s development
• to enhance the enjoyment of the Seraphs athletic experience for our community, our visitors and our guests

• Who can join booster club?
  The Booster Club is open to all SBHS parents, grandparents, guardians, and families. There is a membership cost to join the booster club. $100/per family. (5 parent hours granted with membership fee.)

• Why should I join booster club? And How?
  SBHS Booster Club raised over $100,000. Without your support we CANNOT raise the money. And without booster fundraising each student athlete will have to pay an additional $500 per year per sport. So join today, volunteer, and have some fun at our events!

• When does the Booster Club meet?
  The Booster Club meets regularly each month. The meetings are generally held on the second Monday at 6:00pm. Please check the school calendar for details.
